A combination of physical tissue manipulation and stretching that frees congested, constricted muscles and connective tissue. This type of work is excellent for freeing chronic, painful, restrictive patterns such as carpal tunnel, sciatica, fibromyalgia, as well as general neck and shoulder pain and discomfort, and reducing headaches. This is an excellent choice for clients experiencing frequent pain or discomfort.

Restorative Massage $80/60 minutes, $110/90 minutes, $65/45 minutes
A therapy that reduces stress, lessens pain, increases circulation, calms the nervous system, loosens tight muscles, and stimulates energy flow to the internal organs. This is a gentle, relaxing, restorative massage treatment. This is an excellent choice for general stress reduction, mild muscle soreness and maintenance massage.
